A Business Banking Manager (BBM) mainly looks after their own appointed small group of business and agricultural customers with large investments or lending portfolios.

A customer’s banking needs are often quite complicated. It is therefore important that a BBM has strong financial knowledge and an understanding of their customer’s marketplace, keeping up to date on any economic changes that may effect them.

A BBM travels a lot, spending time out with their customers so they can gain a real understanding of their business and financial needs. If you are a people person with a strong interest in business, you may well find a BBM role challenging and highly rewarding.
